Overview

Veritware keeps website and beta-program information limited to what is needed to operate the website, respond to messages, and manage beta testing invitations and feedback.

Beta program submissions

If you volunteer for beta testing, Veritware may collect the information you submit, such as your email address, preferred name, app interests, testing interests, available platforms, optional app-store email addresses, country or region, device information, and notes.

Veritware collects this information to contact volunteers about relevant beta opportunities, organise beta testing, manage access to Google Play or TestFlight testing where relevant, understand device and platform coverage, and improve Veritware products through related beta feedback. Joining the beta pool does not guarantee selection for every test.

Access to beta signup information is limited to people and services involved in administering beta testing, protecting the signup workflow, managing tester access, and reviewing related feedback.

Beta signup information is kept for as long as needed to manage beta testing and related product feedback, unless a volunteer asks for it to be removed earlier.

Correction or removal from the beta list

You can ask Veritware to correct or remove your beta signup information at any time by contacting [email protected] or [email protected]. If you are removed, Veritware will stop using your beta volunteer information for future beta invitations unless it must keep limited records for legal, security, or operational reasons.

Information Veritware does not ask for

The beta volunteer form does not ask for your home address, phone number, date of birth, employer, occupation, payment information, government ID, health information, demographic information, or other sensitive personal information.

Website hosting

Website hosting providers may process basic technical information, such as server logs, security events, IP addresses, browser information, and request times, to operate and protect the website.

Cookies and technical website services

Veritware does not currently use cookies for advertising, analytics, or user tracking. Our hosting and security providers may use strictly necessary technical cookies to deliver and protect the website.

Product-specific privacy information

Cartlea has its own Privacy Policy for information about how that app is designed to handle app data. Typellum has its own Privacy Policy for its planned note-taking product area.
