Getting started with Typellum

Typellum is in early development. Beta testers may be asked to try ordinary writing, editing, organisation, reminder, and export workflows as they become available.

Choosing a notes folder

Typellum is designed around a user-selected live library folder. The planned initial default is a visible Typellum Notes folder in Downloads unless the user chooses a different location.

Finding exported or autosaved notes

Typellum is intended to keep core note files user-visible and portable. During beta, feedback about storage location, file visibility, and recovery steps will help refine the experience.

Backup, export, and import

Backup, export, and import are planned as part of Typellum's generous core workflow. Exact behaviour may change during development.

Beta feedback

Useful beta feedback can include bugs, confusing wording, editor friction, storage-folder confusion, device behaviour, or anything that makes everyday note taking feel less trustworthy.
