Last updated: 22 May 2026

Use of Typellum

Typellum is provided as a note app for personal writing, lists, reminders, and organised personal notes. By using Typellum, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.

Beta and unreleased features

Typellum is in early development. Beta builds, planned features, style presets, storage behaviour, reminders, backup tools, export tools, import tools, and optional unlocks may change before public release.

Your notes and files

You are responsible for the notes, files, and information you create or choose to store with Typellum. Typellum is intended to use a user-selected live library folder and portable note files, but you should still keep backups of important information.

Purchases

If Typellum offers a paid unlock, purchase, or in-app purchase in the future, transactions may be handled by the relevant app store provider. App store purchase, refund, and account processes may be governed by that provider's terms and policies.

No misuse

You must not misuse Typellum, interfere with its normal operation, attempt to reverse engineer it except where allowed by law, or use it in a way that harms Veritware, other users, or any third party.

Availability and changes

Veritware may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features of Typellum where necessary. Veritware aims to keep Typellum reliable and useful, but does not guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Privacy

Typellum's handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy.
